Heavenly Father,
Please remind my persecuted brothers and sisters that in every circumstance You are with them, holding their right hand and ready to help (Isaiah 41:13). May this bring them freedom from fear.
Help them to forgive those who harm them and resist the temptation to retaliate.
Give them wisdom to know when to seek justice and when to show mercy.
Lord, give them strength to endure suffering and protect them from despair. Please encourage their faith by revealing ways in which You are at work for their good.

MONDAY 1: Pray for the retreat centreinSriLankathatisrunby Release International partners. It is in need of maintenance, development and new staff with energy to take the work forward.
FRIDAY5: PrayforPastor Manoharan who serves the Lord with the Assemblies of God church in Sri Lanka, caring for a large number of Christian families.

Good Shepherd Church in Polonnaruwa. Despite serious opposition and harassment he has planted seven churches in a 30km radius and established a rehabilitation centre for young drug addicts.
WEDNESDAY 3: Pray for our partners as they prepare to run a camp for more than 100 children of Christian workers from across the whole island. Pray too that the Lord would raise up a new generation of workers.
