AFGHANISTAN
  SATURDAY 1: Give thanks
for ‘Adam’ who heads up a Release International partner ministry seeking to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the people of Afghanistan.
SUNDAY 2: Pray that many would tune in to the live radio and TV programmes broadcasting the gospel into Afghanistan and that there would be a significant response to the gospel.
MONDAY 3: Pray for the ongoing financial and logistical needs of our partner’s vital media ministry (see previous day). Broadcasting into Afghanistan is often expensive and complex.

TUESDAY 4: Pray for
the strengthening and encouragement of the small, often secret gatherings of Afghan believers within the country.

WEDNESDAY 5: Pray for ‘Jamal’ and ‘Rasa’, believers with a heart to reach other Afghans. Please pray that the Lord would lead them as they consider options regarding where they should be based.
SATURDAY 8: Pray for the trauma-healing retreats our partner runs for Ukrainian Christians in Poland. Those who attend had been targeted by Russian forces in the occupied or previously occupied areas of Ukraine.
TUESDAY 11: Pray for Pastor Dmitry, a church leader who was arrested, interrogated and kept in appalling conditions for eight days shortly after the Russian invasion in 2022. He was later forced to flee the country with his family.
THURSDAY 6: Pray that the Lord of the harvest would raise up more workers in Afghanistan. There is a particular need for more mature Afghan Christians with a heart to serve.
SUNDAY 9: Pray that God will enable our partner to connect with Christians in the newly liberated areas
of Ukraine who have faced detention, interrogation and torture and are in critical need of pastoral support.
WEDNESDAY 12: Pray for Pastor Dmitry’s ongoing ministry supporting an underground network of churches in Melitopol. There are around 120 people meeting in homes
FRIDAY 7: Give thanks for the opportunities that Afghan Christians have to meet together online. Pray that these virtual gatherings would help them to grow and become mature in Christ.
MONDAY 10: Pray for the frontline Christian workers Release International supports in warzone
