This year we are encouraging people to participate in the #FlourChallenge.

Flour is a staple food ingredient used across the world and is often a component in the food parcels Release helps to have distributed to displaced Christians.
This year our exhibition stand recreates a scene from a refugee camp with sacks of flour loaded on timber pallets. Interspersed with these sacks are smaller Release branded bags of flour.
For a £2 donation towards a food parcel supporters can take away a small bag of flour together with a recipe card for a traditional Middle Eastern Basbousa cake.
You can then make the cake at home and invite friends round to share it and pray for Christians who have been forced to flee, or organise a cake sale in your local church or prayer group to raise further funds for Release projects.
If you are attending a Christian event this summer do look out for us and take part in the #FlourChallenge. We will even have freshly made cake for you to sample on the stand!
You can download a pdf copy of our Flour Challenge concertina booklet which has more information about Persecuted Christians in Flight here.
