MONDAY 16: Pray that India’s
Supreme Court will strike
down unconstitutional new
laws in several states which
ban prayer for healing,
evangelism or even meeting
together to pray or worship.
TUESDAY 17: Pray for the
more than 130 pastors in
Uttar Pradesh who have
been jailed for their faith, on
flimsy charges, and are being
held pre-trial without bail.
Pray that their cases will be
heard soon and they will be
acquitted.
WEDNESDAY 18: Pray for
peace in Manipur and across
India’s north-eastern region
and borders with war-torn
Myanmar. Pray that security
forces will act with integrity
to protect all Indians,
including Christians and
other minorities.
THURSDAY 19: Pray for the
thousands of Christians
displaced from Manipur who
have had to start life again,
learn new languages and
find new schools and jobs.
Pray that they will be made
welcome and can access the
services they need.
FRIDAY 20: Pray for Indians
receiving Bibles in their
own languages through our
partner. Pray for protection
for those printing and
distributing these copies,
and that God will make his
truth known to all who read
them.
SATURDAY 21: Pray for all
those who are standing
up for the civil liberties
of all Indians and not just
the Hindu majority. May
God give them courage,
protection and wisdom and
amplify their voice.
