WEDNESDAY 7: Pray for the
economy of Lebanon and for
all those struggling with high
prices due to the multiple
overlapping crises affecting
this country and the wider
Middle East region.
NIGERIA
THURSDAY 8: Please pray for
all those in Nigeria who have
been abducted by Islamic
extremists or extortioners.
A number of the schoolgirls
who were kidnapped by
Boko Haram in Chibok, Borno
state,10 years ago have yet to
return home. Pray for their
protection and safe return.
May their families know
peace of mind and that God’s
loving eye is always upon
them.
FRIDAY 9: We pray for all
those who have lost their
possessions and land from
recent attacks in central and
northern Nigeria. May God
restore to them from the
riches of His love and grace.
SATURDAY 10: Pray for
the safety of Release
International partners in
Nigeria who carry on their
work in one of the most
dangerous regions in the
world: Stefanos Foundation
and its leader, Mark Lipdo;
and Ven Mark Mukan, another
partner.
SUNDAY 11: Lift to God in
prayer churches and pastors
that have been targeted and
prayershield
limbs in some cases as well as
other physical trauma.
TANZANIA
THURSDAY 15: Pray for Christian
teachers from a school in
eastern Tanzania whose
landlord was asked to evict
them by members of the
community opposed to a
Christian presence in the area.
Praise God that
the landlord has thus far
refused to comply.
FRIDAY 16: Pray for a
church leader working in a
predominantly non-Christian
community whose two young
children had indicated a desire
to follow their friends’ religion.
They no longer felt that way
after he spoke to them but it is
still a concern for the pastor.
SATURDAY 17: Pray for a pastor
who has planted a church
in a potentially hostile
attacked in Nigeria. May the
believers remain strong in
their faith despite ongoing
threats.
MONDAY 12: Please pray
for those who have been
displaced by the violence In
Nigeria. Many have lost their
homes or feel it is too unsafe
to return to their villages.
TUESDAY 13: Please pray for
Christians who have been
left traumatised by attacks
on their villages and homes.
Ask God to grant them peace
and to know that they are not
forgotten by other believers
around the world. Pray
especially for God’s blessing
on the trauma-healing
workshops that Release
International helps to fund.

for emotional and physical
healing for those living with
medical conditions as a result
