As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, let’s give thanks and praise for those who have chosen to follow Him despite the consequences; believers such as Abdu and his wife. Abdu, who had been a teacher of Islam, lost both his house and income as a result of his new faith. He now sells fruit and tells his customers that ‘Jesus is as sweet as a pineapple’. Pray that his ministry would bring many people to Christ.
