With the support of you and your church, we can make a positive impact in the lives of our persecuted family. Our mission is to love and serve persecuted Christians, and we invite every believer in the UK to stand with us in this important work.

As members of the body of Christ, we are commanded by him to love one another. By engaging your church with the ministry of Release International, you have an opportunity to put our Lord’s command into practice and express your love for our persecuted brothers and sisters. Together we can provide for the pressing needs of those experiencing persecution, whether it’s providing Bibles, legal support, food, shelter, education, or pastoral support.

How You Can Get Involved

There are countless ways you can support the ministry of Release International, both individually and as a church. Whether you have time, talents, or resources to share, everything counts!

Please note: While we greatly appreciate any support you can provide, we understand and appreciate that different churches will have different procedures for supporting various charities. Please speak with your church leaders for their approval before starting any activities.

Here are some ideas for how you can engage your church in this ministry:

1. Give out copies of Voice magazine to your church family. Encourage them to sign up to receive it directly. You can sign up for it here, along with our monthly Voice Update Emails.

2. In your church service, share a story from the Voice magazine that inspired and encouraged you.

3. Include a monthly prayer for persecuted Christians in your church service.

4. Display our World Prayer Map in your church.

5. Show a Vimeo/YouTube video in your small group or church service.

6. Start a regular prayer group to pray for persecuted Christians. Ask for our free guide to help you get started.

7. Run a fundraising event. We have a free fundraising guide to inspire ideas. Click here to find out more.

8. Get involved with the International Day of Prayer for the persecuted Church (IDOP) once a year.

9. Invite a speaker from Release International to visit your church.
