TWR interviews Release on impact on Christians.

The United States is in talks with the Taliban about pulling its troops out of Afghanistan. But what would that mean for tiny Christian minority there?

Release International is working with Christian partners to train and equip the underground church. The Taliban opposes the church and the Afghan constitution restricts the Christian faith. Release partners are training and discipling Afghan Christians in an environment where the church is largely hidden. They produce Christian radio and TV programmes for broadcast into Afghanistan and media materials to communicate Christian concepts and values within the Afghan culture.
